"What could be better than a great "your lips but better" shade that is also enviromentally friendly!

I've been a big fan of the CARGO lipglosses, and this was my first time trying their lipstick. This is a easy to wear, uncomplicated, neutral light brown shade with a touch of red. I applied in the AM and then forgot about it on busy days when I needed to feel like I had some color on, but didn't want to think too hard about it. If I applied only 1 layer it looked exactly like my lips, and with two I got a more intense rosy brown.

It has a matte finish and the texture is creamy, but on the drier side (if you have very dry lips a layer of lip balm will help with this). It applied very smoothly to my lips and had excellent staying power during the day, through coffee and meals, etc.

This color will work best up to a Kerry Washington shade and on warmer skintones.

The packaging is fun and made me smile when I looked at it. The package gives instructions on planting the actual box to grow flowers. By the way it's working. I did it as a weekend project with my niece and the little flower buds are forming!" :) V.F.
