Tester: South American (Argentinian) about Salma Hayek's complexion with lightly pigmented lips.

"As much of a fan as I am of Clarins skincare, I've never used their cosmetics before! This was a pleasant surprise to use and tells me that Clarins really does invest just as much time and thought into their cosmetics as they do their skincare and body treatments.

Rhubarb is a peachy/brown shade with an amazing amount of shimmers wrapped within the lipstick. I absolutely loved the way the shade reflected the light on my lips with the gold, bronze and peach shimmers. It gives a sparkling effect but it's not so over the top you can't wear it during the day. If you are looking for a night time look

What was lovely about this formula is that even though it's sheer, it's very highly pigmented. (That means for those of you with more pigmented lips, this will still look great on you without sacrificing any of the color). The staying power was very long lasting (again surprising given it's sheer texture) and extremely moisturizing.

The lipstick was scented - a pleasant mildly sweet fruit (mango). I also LOVED the case, which is the mirrored, silver tube. It looks luxurious and has a bit of heft to it, but not so bulky that you couldn't throw it in a small clutch. This shade will look great on a wide range of skin tones (best up up to a Vivica Fox), and perfect for a lip that's fairly neutral but a touch more exciting than "your lips but better".

Praline and Fig are also really pretty neutral pinky brown/beige shades that I loved as well. " Y.H.
