Sherbet colored, artfully placed swirls of face powder with a matching mini brush? - Yes please!
I discovered Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Correcting Powder
The powder is meant to even out skin discolorations and provide a nice soft glow. Because it doesn't contain Talc, this will work on fair and darker skin tones alike - however, I did discover a few tricks to get the most out of this mineral powder.
First, the cute brush has somewhat stiff bristles, so I recommend experimenting with a larger, rounder brush for use at home. Second, the powder is very soft, finely milled and soft, which felt great on my skin, but note that if you swirl the brush too hard, you may get a lot of excess product on your sink, etc.
As far as application goes, I got the most flattering results by applying a very thin layer of the powder after my primer, and then adding a powder mineral foundation over it. It gave me a very pretty, soft glow and it didn't dry my skin out, cake or cause my makeup to change shades. What a lovely little discovery! - RLB
