This summer has started with a bang - super hot weather worthy of flip flips and all forms of open toed shoes each day - but at the end of the day, I love my feet to have a fresh, clean, cool feeling, and not get dry. With the new Liz Earle foot care duo, Foot Scrub and Foot Repair - mission accomplished.
The first thing I loved about the foot scrub was the amazing fresh, uplifting scent - it's a wonderful hybrid of mint and rosemary that was a joy to rub with the creamy grains in the scrub. The scrub is made from pumice, so I could feel how effective it was at sloughing off dead skin, dirt and debris, while at the same time, it was not so harsh as to be painful or irritating to my skin.
What I also loved was how extremely moisturizing it was. There's a wonderful ratio of oil/cream-to-pumice in this scrub, so when I was done exfoliating and rinsed, the skin on my feet was baby smooth and felt like I had already put a layer of lotion on them. My feet felt absoutely amazing aftwards (and smelled super fresh!). I loved it so much I used it 4-5 times a week.
After the scrub the only way to go is to use the Liz Earle Foot Repair, which has an identical, refreshing scent, and was hydrating, absorbed easily without ever being greasy. The duo used together made my feet feel like brand new each and every time. This is another wonderful set of products from Liz Earle that you need in your body care routine! - RLB
