S/S 2011 NYFW Beauty - CND City Slick Nails for Phillip Lim

Here's a great look for a dark nail that's not black or blue. Rather, the recent nail looks at Phillip Lim's Spring/Summer 2011 runway show were a beautiful deep grey/bronze.

At 3.1 Phillip Lim Women's show, City Slick nails were inspired by urban reflections on oil slicks, for "elegance with street cred," as described by Designer Phillip Lim.

Angi Wingle created the look using one coat of Asphalt (shown right, below) topped with Copper Shimmer Effect (shown left, below) for a bronze nail with black undertones. This versatile manicures accessorized Lim's airy, textured dresses in tan, blue, black and white.

I love this look! It's edgy and vampy while still looking chic and sophisticated. - RLB
