I love the glitzy -purple faux leather with snakeskin print tube. Beyond great packaging, my lashes were full and lush, with no clumping. The formula also didn't make my lashes hard or dry.

The look is very glam - my lashes looked really vava voom. What a great combination - fun, coupled with real performance: no flakes, no under eye dark haze after a long day, no need for an eyelash comb...just outrageous lashes. This Clarins palette of three eye shadows - black, gold and a beautiful shimmery marbled gold with black accents, is one of the prettiest ones for the holidays this year.

The shadows are silky and easy to blend to create a super glammed up eye for those big holiday parties. As a bonus, the beautifully designed case with shiny gold lid and Barocco design is one that anyone would want to keep for a long time.

The case includes a mirror and double applicatior, (although many will want to use their own shadow brushes, especially for the gold shade). The black shade is matte and works well as a base for the other two shades, especially the second, black and gold mixed color which I loved layered on top as well as applied around the eyes. I liked to used the pearly yellow gold in the inner corners of my eyes, or just lightly applied alone on the lid with tons of mascara at night.

There are lots of possiblities for the looks you can create and this is a fun palette to play around with. The beauty lover in your life will LOVE it! - RLB
