Urban Decay has created a fun, nude palette with great pops of color with their latest Urban Decay Rollergirl Palette.
There are four eye shadows included: Woodstock, (hot pink with light shimmer), Verve (pale shimmery oyster-cream), Suspect (sparkly deep beige) and Darkhorse (deep bronze with plum). There is also a travel sized 24/7 eye pencil in Whiskey and travel sized lip junkie lip gloss in Crush (bright pink).
The case is another creative one for Urban Decay - it's covered with disco graphics and a cool rollerskating diva, and has a nice magnetic closure, so it's great to add to your makeup collection or for your "tote around town" makeup.
At first glance these eye shadow shades looked pretty, but felt like ones I'd seen before...however, after applying them I saw how flattering and unique they really were. All four shades blend very easily and work well together. They were creamy, pigmented and smooth. I applied a primer beforehand and started by playing with Woodstock and Suspect. I loved how rich and pretty this deep pink eye looked.
Verve is also a beautiful highlighter and color to blend with all the other shades as well. The pretty pink lip gloss gave me just the right amount of color with the more neutral eye - although if you want a more bold look you can pair the pink Woodstock eyeshadow alone with the Crush lip gloss. It is a bright pink, but you can add a light layer for a more subtle pink. Plus it smells like yummy caramel!
The Whiskey eyeliner is such a unique brown/wine combination, you could even just line your eyes with this one and add lots of mascara for a quick look from the palette.
There are so many possibilities and versatile shades in this palette that this makes a wonderful go-to for all your summer beauty looks, but since it's limited edition, make sure you head over and order one now! -RLB
