I found myself completely in love with this lip balm from one of my favorite natural brands, Josie Maran.
It has a lovely, subtle, melon flavor and the consistency is smooth and slightly slick to the touch.
Once on the lips, the oil sinks in, leaves a light sheen and soften lips immediately. It's a pale petal pink shade in the pot, but goes on clear with no color.
This is a must have for me before applying lipstick, especially if it's more of a matte finish/texture. I found it also helped anchor the color during the day.
While this is a pot package you'll need to put your finger in to apply (and I know many of you prefer tube packaging to avoid that), I loved it so much I didn't mind. I also used this before bed time for an overnight lip treatment and woke up with soft, supple lips.
With its multi-tasking Argan Oil, I'll be applying this in the winter and colder months to ensure I'll never have flaky, cracked dry lips again. - RLB
