Drugstore Buy of the Week - Skintimate Lotionized Shave Crème

Skintimate is back with a newly formulated and packaged non-aerosol, non-lathering shaving solution that's perfect for dry and/or sensitive skin.


Skintimate Lotionized Shave Crème has a texture that is, in fact, more like a lotion than a traditional shaving cream.  I wet my skin first, and the shave cream spread easily and created a nice barrier for razor shaving. The new formula provided a really nice, smooth shave and contains Olive Butter, Soy, Vitamin E and Aloe Vera. After rinsing, my skin felt very soft and like it had, in fact, been moisturized even before I got out of the shower.

This is a great product, especially if you shave your legs regularly, as it not only moisturizes, but also helps to lock-in moisture (so less post shower lotion is even needed) and protect skin from nicks and cuts.  I love the new packaging which allows it to be squeezed easily from the bottom to distribute the cream, which is perfect for the shower, gym, etc.  -RLB
