Is there a nail shade that can possible make someone dealing with the current "Polar Vortex" winter here in the US at least feel a bit warmer and sunnier?
Yes! The new Deborah Lippmann Break 4 Love Nail Polish (it's name comes from the Techno/House music song classic of the same name).
As you can see, this luscious, Watermelon pink is a perfect mid-pink shade. This color looks great on Tan and brown skins, and will also work to brighten up paler and lighter skin tones as well. I absolutely love this shade for a pedicure and come spring/summer, it will be one of my go-to shades for those open toe shoes!
This shade is the result of a collaboration between Deborah Lippmann and famed fashion photographer Van Lamsweerde. It's inspiration was a feel of "Uptown Chic" meets the "Palm Spring social set".
This unique color combines bright pink, bright coral and high shine with great, long lasting wear of at least 5 days with a top coat. The finish is a cream with no shimmer and looks like the shade in the bottle with two coats. I think this is the perfect color for those of you who love pink - or those of you looking for a alternative to the usual red or coral nail shades.- RLB
