Drugstore Buy of the Week - L'Oreal Paris Advanced Haircare Extraordinary Oil Curls Nourishing Line

The proof that curls are bigger than ever are the multiple beauty companies dedicating entire new hair care lines to curly hair.

It's great to have lots of options and to be able to shop different price points as well.

L'Oreal Paris Advanced Haircare Extraordinary Oil Curls is now one of those great options.

I initially tested this on my little one with long, medium-fine curly hair. The Extraordinary Oil Curls Nourishing Shampoo  is thick and creamy, with a very nice floral/spicy fragrance. With water, it lathered well and cleansed the hair gently, yet thoroughly When my little one used this I was amazed by how much hydration and shine her hair had after just the shampoo.

When she rinsed the Extraordinary Oil Curls Nourishing Shampoo out, there was barely any hair that needed to be untangled, due to the balance of oil to cleansing sulfates in the formula.  The L'Oreal Paris Advanced Haircare Extraordinary Oil Curls Nourishing Conditioner is also thick and creamy, with a similar fragrance to the shampoo.

The Extraordinary Oil Curls Nourishing Conditioner served to lock in moisture and coat the hair in a smoothing, lightweight layer that allowed the curls to have shine, movement and separation.  Not very much Extraordinary Oil Curls Nourishing Conditioner was needed (about a silver dollars worth for long curls, for example), which was also impressive.

There is also a deep conditioning mask in the line called the  L'Oreal Paris Advanced Haircare Extraordinary Oil Curls Re-Nourish Mask which is perfect for those of you with curls in need of some extra TLC or those of you with extremely coarse/thick curly hair.

While this is branded a curly hair product, those of you with dry hair in a variety of textures- from wavy to tightly coiled/natural to relaxed hair will also love the effects. If you or other family members have curls the Extraordinary Oil Curls line is a must have duo to keep on hand. - RLB
