Drugstore Buy of the Week - Palmer's Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk

Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk with Vitamin E and Alpha Hydroxy

I've found several great facial skin tone evening creams and toners over the years that I now swear by, but there aren't as many great skin tone evening options specifically for the body,  So I was very happy to see that one of my favorite drug store skincare brands, Palmer's, now has a multi-use product, Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk with Vitamin E and Alpha Hydroxy.

Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk with Vitamin E and Alpha Hydroxy is a very effective formula that not only works to lighten hyper pigmentation, scars and discoloration - even on tough spots like knees and elbows, it also contains sunscreen to help maintain your results.  Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk  is made with  2% Hydroquinone, (which is still one of the most effective ingredients to noticeably lighten skin tone), as well as a combination of Vitamin C and Bilberry Extract which both naturally brighten and even skin tone.  There's also Retinol to help improve fine lines and skin texture, and Alpha Hydroxy Fruit Acids to exfoliate dead skin cells and leave your skin smoother and glowing.

I used Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk with Vitamin E and Alpha Hydroxy every day after my shower and within 2-3 weeks I could see a significant improvement in areas that I wanted to even out, like my knees, elbows, and neck.  I loved the silky, lightweight texture and it absorbed into my skin very quickly, leaving a sheen finish with no greasy or oily residue.

Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk with Vitamin E and Alpha Hydroxy was very hydrating and it did have the faint scent of cocoa butter (the main ingredient in many of the Palmer's products in their line), so I didn't need to follow up with any additional products for more hydration, which was nice. I've been using Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk  for about a month now and like the results I'm seeing, so I will continue. Note:  The product information advises use daily for at least 3 months in order to see the best results, but you can see results in less time - depending on your skin tone, level of discoloration and how much skin tone evening you expect.

Since sun exposure does negatively affect the results you get when using a hydroquinone skin lightening product, I was glad Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk  had sun screen.  But if you are spending a significant amount of time outside, I recommend adding an additional layer of SPF 40+ on your body.

Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk with Vitamin E and Alpha Hydroxy really has everything that someone prone to hyper pigmentation like me wants - complete hydration, skin tone evening, and exfoliating ingredients that left my skin soft, smooth and supple.   I recommend ordering multiples so you always have it on hand! - RLB
