“I love serums and more and more, using great quality organic products when I can find them. This fits the bill on both ends.
I used this serum 2x day after cleansing. The serum is in a pump bottle, which makes it very hygienic, and I noted that a slight push of the top of the pump was all that was needed to cover my entire face. The texture felt slightly gelatinous and sticky on my fingers, but once I applied it to my face; I found that it soaked into my skin quickly and easily. My skin at once looked smooth, felt hydrated and my pores were reduced in the t-zone as well.
This was the perfect start to applying my makeup, and became a great primer for me. The fragrance is also really pretty (a sweet ylang ylang fragrance), and dissipated after a few minutes. After several weeks of use, my skin really did have a brighter and more even toned appearance; my fine lines were softened, my skin never felt dry and my makeup always stayed looking fresh.” L.G

Nude Skincare Facial Scrub 2.5 oz

“There is nothing like a great facial scrub to me. Once you’ve found one you are in love. That is what happened with the facial scrub from Nude that I used. I knew from the first swirl of the ultra fine rose quartz grains that this was the scrub for me.
It exfoliated while keeping my skin soothed. After rinsing it off my skin was super soft and glowing, with no irritation what so ever. The fragrance was lovely as well (describe here). I used this 2-3 times a week and could not have been more pleased. This is a jar scrub, so it does mean putting your fingers in to apply the product, but that’s not a big deal to me. A little of the scrub goes a long way, so I think the price is perfectly reasonable for such a superior scrub. This is a phenomenal product whose organic status makes it that much more of a pleasure to use. It’s great for all skin types as well.” L.N.

“Nude Skin Care is a new green organic beauty line from the UK. I was instantly intrigued by the packaging, which is so soft and modern, yet still lux (it’s innovative too! --using carbon neutral, bio-degradable sheaths instead of boxes). I wanted to try a skin product that was not usually in my skincare regimen, so I chose the Nude Hydrating Water. I was very pleased with the results!
I found that this water did not just add a refreshing mist of moisture to my skin – the fragrance was truly delicious, and the products really added a little “something” special to my skin.
The scent of the water is floral, very light and refreshing and invigorating. I used it as a toner and it took off last traces of makeup. I also sprayed it on my face before my serum/moisturizer in the morning and it left my face soft and moisturized and supple, not tight and dry and didn't strip my skin at all.
I found from the first few uses that it made my skin glow, and left no greasy or sticky finish to my skin. I highly recommend this product in a skin care routine before your serum or moisturizer, or after working out.

Ole Henriksen Blue/Black Berry Enzyme Mask 3.5 oz
Tester: Asian (Pakistani) with combination skin.
“I am a very big fan of Ole’s products and treatments, but had never tried any of his store masks before. This is a really relaxing soothing masque (note: it has a lavender aroma). The texture of the mask was a little different for me (like a whipped jelly). I found that it softened and brightened my skin with use 2x week for several weeks, leaving it on for the full 20 minutes as recommended.
This was the perfect mask to give my skin a pick up after late nights and stressfull days. I also used it under my tired eyes on the weekends. It does have a slight tingle to it due to the enzymes, but it wasn’t unbearable at all. It’s a luxury purchase, but I think it is worth every penny for the amazing feeling and results.” D.N.

Juice Beauty SPF 20 Mineral Medium Moisturizer 2 oz

“This is a great tinted moisturizer that doesn't contain any chemical sunscreens (it does contain titanium dioxide). It has a nice, light feel and was not oily or greasy feeling. The Mineral Medium is a great sheer bronze color which looks darker in the bottle, but worked with my skin tone perfectly (this will work best up to a Rihanna complexion).
It was very sheer, and it gave my skin a warm glow and provided just enough moisture throughout the day. I had no problems with breakouts or irritations which also made me very happy. It only took a small amount to cover my face and it has a light fragrance to boot. This is perfect for the warmer weather and after going to the gym to go out.” T.Y.

“I was very impressed with this organic cleanser. The texture of the cleanser is a mid-weight gel and it took off every bit of oil, makeup and debris from my face. “This is the line's first 100% natural, certified-organic scent and it is simply irresistible. The notes include jatamansi, clary sage, bergamot, grapefruit, cardamom, iced tea accord, Turkish rose, ylang ylang, patchouli, gaïac, vetiver, sandalwood, papyrus and incense.
It smells so fresh and airy this would make an amazing summer scent (or for any beach vacation). I found that the opening of lively and crisp citrus notes gave a cooling impression, which was then replaced by the woody herbal notes and white florals which creating a soft, comforting feel. One of the biggest changes in the scent is the peppery spiciness which starts in the beginning and seemed to reappear in the dry down.
Overall, it has a clean finish, and no sharpness with the herbal notes. As with many fragrances with these type of notes, reapplication is necessary if you want to get the initial strength of the opening notes, particularly if you have drier skin, but I, for one loved it so much this was not a chore! I absolutely loved the white and frosted containers throughout the line (fairly large too!) with the “folded origami paper” effect on the bottles and stylized black botanical details. This is for the woman who wants to indulge herself in a refreshing, exotic scent that will truly transport you to a relaxing place.” S.D.

“This is a lovely primer that I could also feel great about using on my skin. It’s made from botanical ingredients such as Myrtle Extract, Brazilian Acai Extract, and Andiroba oil (a natural moisturizer). I loved how light and creamy the lotion felt on my skin. It soaked in instantly and left no sticky or greasy film. It was the perfect foundation for the rest of my make up. I gave me enough hydration on my drier parts like my cheeks, while at the same time not breaking me out or making me oilier in my t zone. My skin was smoother and my fine lines were diminished as I continued to use it.
My makeup really did remain fresh looking throughout the day and it’s fantastic that there is now a primer that utilizes good from you ingredients. “I was very happy that this product not only made my skin look incredible, but it’s also made with ingredients that I can feel great about using on my skin!
This is a firming serum, and it did indeed not only leave my skin feeling firmer, but also so soft and smooth, and gave me a very nice glow. I noticed great results after using this for just a few days, and continued to see excellent results as the weeks went on. The serum is a lightweight gel in a pump dispenser and a little goes a long way. I used this every AM before makeup and before applying my night time moisturizer. I really did feel the “tightening effects” which were not uncomfortable or a stinging sensation at all.

“What a pleasure to use a product that is not only eco-conscious but also incredibly effective! This lotion, as are all the products in the Mod line, is free of synthetic detergents, dyes, fragrances, parabens and excess packaging. Within one week of using the weightless lotion my skin felt and looked amazing. As a matter of fact, this was a pleasure to apply each day because of the lovely fragrance (all natural) and the feel of the lotion on my skin, which was light and creamy and silky smooth.
In the glass bottle the lotion appears thick, but once I pumped it out, it was actually fine and thin in texture. It left no residue or heavy feeling on my face and in fact, my skin felt as soft as cotton after using it. It did not clog my pores or lead to any breakouts on my more oily parts either, which I loved. I kept touching my face the entire first evening I used it because I couldn't believe how soft my skin felt!
